Return & Replacement Policy

  • All products available at are of the highest quality. All of our porcelains undergo strictly quality inspection prior to shipment. We take great care in packaging our products and have confidence in reducing the chance of damage during shipment.


    However, if for any reason you decide not to keep your merchandise, you could refer to the following instructions:


    Return Policy

    You can return porcelains to us within 15 days of receipt of shipment. We try to make returning a purchase as simple for you as possible.


    Please note that the actual color of our products may vary slightly from that of the photographs, and the actual delivered goods shall prevail.



    Return conditions:

    Please note:

    1: We can make a full refund only if the return is a result of our error which not include color deviation.

    2: We can only accept returns on your full order. Unfortunately, we can't accept returns on leftovers or part orders.

    3: All porcelains must be undamaged and in their original, unopened packaging. We can't accept returns on unboxed or damaged porcelains.

    4: Transport back to us(seller) must be arranged by yourself(buyer). Please note we can't cover the cost of this.


    Goods can be returned within 15 days of receipt of shipment.

    Note: Products must be returned unused in their original condition with the package, accessories, warranty card and manual intact and complete.



    If the return or replacement is related to quality problems, we will pay for the freight fee.

    Otherwise, you (buyer) must bear all the costs of return include shipping, handling, restocking fees and insurance charges for returned merchandise.



    Refund: cannot be responsible for return shipping losses.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

    Shipping costs and the value of coupon are non-refundable.

    Please allow 2-4 weeks from the time we receive your returned merchandise for your refund to be issued. Your refund may take longer to process during holiday shopping seasons.

    Refunds can take up to 7 working days to reach your account.

    During our promotions there might be additional terms and conditions applied to our refund policy, please ask member of staff for details.

    Replacement Policy

    Upon receiving the order, we ask you to check carefully all contents of the package(s) for damaged (due to the fragility of porcelain). We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

    As soon you receive broken good, you should send us a photo of video of a broken good on the same day you receive the package together with a proof that is the day of delivery (tracking code link or photo of the official document). Then you could talk about the relative thing with our customer service.

    Conditions: If items are damaged during the delivery, within 1 day of receipt of shipment, you can submit a replacement for one time. Postage: Seller(we) bears.
